- 2 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and prepare vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and onion.
- In a bowl, mix cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Toss chicken strips in the spice mix until well-coated.

- Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture before serving.
