Description

Eggnog cheesecake is a luscious, creamy dessert that embodies the festive spirit of the holiday season in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and eggnog until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes
