- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened, approximately 3-4 minutes.

- Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
