- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F / 175°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into quarters, about half an inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned zucchini on the grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until charred and tender.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh herbs over the top just before serving.
- Serve warm on a platter and enjoy immediately.
