- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix the flour and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt.
- Dip each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl; adjust the spice level as desired.
- Once baked, toss the chicken in Sriracha mayo until coated and garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
