- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Sauté aromatics – Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until translucent.
- Cook mushrooms and beef – Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened. Add beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides.
