Description

Butter Garlic Salmon is a quick and flavorful dish that combines fresh salmon with rich butter and aromatic garlic, perfect for impressing at any table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down if applicable, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice into the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Drizzle or brush the garlic-lemon-butter sauce over each salmon fillet to coat evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try incorporating fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
  •  To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days; reheat gently in the oven.
