BBQ chicken nachos combine crunchy tortilla chips, tender chicken, melty cheese, and zesty toppings for a crowd-pleasing snack that’s perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup fresh jalapeños, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced or ½ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. On a large baking sheet or platter, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
  4. Top the chips with the sauced chicken, followed by the shredded cheeses and jalapeños.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
