Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and place them in a food processor.
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin until smooth.
- Gradually add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
