- 12 slider buns
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese or cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Once cooled slightly, shred the chicken using two forks until fluffy.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice the slider buns in half and layer shredded chicken on each bottom half. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese (if using), and drizzle with ranch dressing.
