Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk with honey until dissolved. Sprinkle instant yeast on top and let it sit until bubbly.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until combined.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.

- Punch down the risen dough, divide into equal pieces, and shape into balls. Place them close together in a greased baking dish.
