Description

Easter Honey Butter Dinner Rolls are irresistibly fluffy and sweet, making them the perfect festive side for your holiday celebration.

Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Instant Yeast
  • Warm Milk
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk with honey until dissolved. Sprinkle instant yeast on top and let it sit until bubbly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until combined.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough, divide into equal pieces, and shape into balls. Place them close together in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow rolls to rise again for about 30 minutes until puffy then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter after baking.

Notes

  • Swap honey for maple syrup for a different flavor profile.
  •  Add herbs like rosemary or garlic powder for a savory twist.
  •  Store rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
