- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack mix)
- 3 cups crushed Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and crushed Doritos.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
