Instructions
- Rinse raspberries gently under cold water and pat dry.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until sugar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice; allow to cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the cooled syrup and raspberries. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour for a smoother texture.
