Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vegetable oil; blend until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
