- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until slightly chunky.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in flour and baking powder until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and shape them into balls or patties.
- Lightly brush each falafel with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Serve warm with tahini sauce or in pita pockets filled with fresh veggies.
