  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping lettuce and tomatoes, and grating the cheese.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crispy, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  4. Lower the heat slightly and add grated cheddar cheese on top of the seasoned beef. Cover briefly to melt the cheese.
  5. Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
  6. Assemble your tacos by placing the beef mixture onto each tortilla and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and avocado if desired.
