- 2 cups shredded cabbage (preferably purple)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Fish: Combine fish fillets with olive oil and taco seasoning in a bowl. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 2. Grill the Fish: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- 3. Warm Up Tortillas: Wrap corn tortillas in foil and place on the grill for about 3-5 minutes until warm.
- 4. Prepare Cabbage Slaw: In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage with lime juice and salt until evenly coated.
- 5. Assemble Your Tacos: Layer grilled fish, cabbage slaw, avocado slices, and any additional toppings on warm tortillas.
- 6. Serve Immediately: Enjoy while warm with lime wedges and extra cilantro on the side.
