Description

Maple-glazed chicken is a deliciously sweet and savory dish that transforms your Easter gathering into a memorable feast with every flavorful bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken in half the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Place marinated chicken in a greased baking dish and drizzle with remaining marinade.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. For extra caramelization, broil on high for 2-3 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate overnight if possible.
  •  You can substitute maple syrup with honey or agave syrup for a different sweetness.
  •  Feel free to add seasonal veggies alongside the chicken for a complete meal.
