Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or yellow)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the bell peppers and mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes.
