- ½ cup raw pecans

- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts, trimming any damaged leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
