  • Pizza Dough
  • Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. If using store-bought pizza dough, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes; stretch homemade dough to ½ inch thick.
  2. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips, roll each strip into a rope, and tie it into a knot.
  3. Melt unsalted butter, mix in minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each knot.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake knots for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with leftover melted butter before serving.
