- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt

- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take a handful of the mixture and mold it around each skewer into elongated shapes about 1 inch thick.
- Refrigerate skewers for 30 minutes to help flavors meld and maintain shape during grilling.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Grill kebabs for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
