  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Take a handful of the mixture and mold it around each skewer into elongated shapes about 1 inch thick.
