- 1/2 cup Korean soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add sliced beef and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (overnight preferred).
- 2. Sizzle Time: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook half the marinated beef for 4-5 minutes per side until caramelized. Repeat with remaining beef.
- 3. Add Green Onions: Toss in sliced green onions shortly before removing from heat. Serve hot with rice or lettuce wraps, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
