  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup mixed color bell peppers, diced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sausage until fully cooked. Add diced onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pie crust in the prepared dish. Layer half of the meat mixture, followed by pepperoni slices, then top with the remaining meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
