Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly; pat them dry with a towel.

  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
