- 1 lb turkey or beef kielbasa, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the crockpot, followed by half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the onions.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, and parsley over the layers.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and chicken broth until smooth; pour over the layered ingredients.
