Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen pierogies
  • 1 lb turkey or beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the crockpot, followed by half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the onions.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, and parsley over the layers.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream and chicken broth until smooth; pour over the layered ingredients.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until heated through and flavors meld.
