Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and cut the cauliflower into uniform florets for even cooking.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. Dredge each floret in the flour mixture followed by the panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  5. Arrange the florets on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce in a large bowl and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce. Serve hot.
