Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (approximately 120g)
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (32g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (120g)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (21g)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter for easy access.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
