- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (120g)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (21g)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions

- In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
