- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides (about 5–7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss in cooked gnocchi and grated Parmesan, stirring until well combined and each piece is coated.
