  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides (about 5–7 minutes).
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss in cooked gnocchi and grated Parmesan, stirring until well combined and each piece is coated.
