Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (60ml)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  3. Add cocoa powder and maple syrup (or honey) to the blender; blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt; blend again until silky.
  5. Pour the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken.
