- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (60ml)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder and maple syrup (or honey) to the blender; blend until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt; blend again until silky.
- Pour the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken.
Notes
