Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gently rinse the crab meat under cold water to remove any shell particles. Place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the celery and red bell pepper into small pieces, then add them to the bowl with the crab.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
