- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking sheet or loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
