Description

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Cookies combine chewy cookie goodness with creamy cheesecake filling, all infused with delightful cinnamon flavors. These irresistible treats are perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and milk until creamy.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto lined baking sheets. Add a dollop of cream cheese filling on each.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  6. Allow to cool on wire racks.

  •  These cookies can be frozen; just seal them tightly in freezer bags.
