- 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the shredded chicken until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares about 4 inches on each side.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold and seal edges tightly.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, swap cream cheese with ricotta or add spinach to the filling.
- Leftover rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
