- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced

- 4 oz provolone cheese
- 4 soft hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice all vegetables into thin strips and set aside.
