  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 4 soft hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
