  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger paste; sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Stir occasionally.
