Instructions

- 3. Toss the romaine with half of the dressing to ensure even coating.
- 4. Prepare homemade croutons by cutting stale bread into cubes, tossing them with olive oil and seasoning, then baking at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.
- 5. Drizzle the salad with additional dressing to taste, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and top with croutons. Toss gently.
