  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
