- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and herbs finely.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, cilantro (or parsley), cumin, coriander, paprika (or chili powder), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into oval patties around skewers or into balls if preferred.
