- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, creating a slightly raised edge for the crust.
- If not pre-cooked, grill or bake the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper until fully cooked. Shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
- Spread BBQ sauce generously over the rolled-out dough. Top with sauced chicken and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
