  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, creating a slightly raised edge for the crust.
  3. If not pre-cooked, grill or bake the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper until fully cooked. Shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
