- 2 large yellow or white onions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Peel the onions and trim about half an inch from the top. Slice each onion into four sections, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs with milk until smooth.
- Coat each onion in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg mixture, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place coated onions in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
